At Priory, children are given the golden opportunity to showcase their musical talents. Throughout the academic year, auditions are held, allowing young artists to try out and become a part of the school’s distinguished musical groups. Whether it’s hitting the high notes in the choir or playing a mesmerizing tune on an instrument, there’s a place for every budding musician.

To ensure consistent growth and dedication, attending weekly choir and band practices is paramount. It’s here that our young maestros hone their skills, learning the intricacies of their chosen art form. Furthermore, to instill a sense of commitment and discipline, children are required to sign their Music Academy contracts, sealing their promise to immerse fully in the musical journey.

Music, in its true essence, is about expression and connection. And what better way to connect than to perform? Throughout the year, a series of performances, both within the school’s esteemed walls and outside in external venues, are meticulously planned. These events not only provide our young musicians with a platform to showcase their talent but also enable them to refine their vocal and instrumental prowess, receiving applause and constructive feedback from an appreciative audience.
